The Adulthood journey is designed as a sacred rite of passage, unfolding through three transformational gates, each guiding you deeper into self-awareness, conscious relationships, and your connection to the web of life.
This pilgrimage blends online lessons, immersive in-person intensives, sacred plant ceremonies, one-on-one mentorship, and community engagement, creating a powerful, structured, and deeply integrative experience.
Over the nine months, we gather once a month. Two of those meetings are multi-day, in-person intensives. The rest take place online, from the comfort of your home. Each online meeting begins with a learning that offers frameworks, tools, and maps for navigating life with greater awareness and agency, followed by a sacred ceremony where we explore new possibilities and bring the learnings to life.

Curious To Meet Us?
We are a couple, doing life together and actively exploring what it means to be in a passionate adult relationship. We are wildly in love. We lean into radical self-responsibility, truth, and intimacy, staying curious about what else is possible. Our favorite part of the day is waking up every morning to loving each other even more and the best part of every day is slipping into bed together in the evening.
Our relationship is alive, ever-evolving, and beautifully messy. We trigger each other’s deepest wounds, loop through old stories, and sometimes cast each other in dramas of our own making. Our inner children act out, and we make mistakes. With this, we keep showing up, for ourselves and each other, with curiosity, reflection, fierce support, and unshakable devotion. We are best friends, playmates, lovers, teachers, and the safest space for one another.
We found each other later in life, with 14 years between us, living in different countries, walking separate but parallel paths. Now, we share our dream home, The Temple of Whatever, a space built from scratch to hold sacred work and our ever-expanding love. Nestled in the hills of Panama, overlooking the Pacific, we live far from the city and even farther from the cages we once lived in.
We are part of an extraordinary community, souls who share values, desires, and the will to create them.

I have over 30 years of professional international experience as a CEO, coach, trainer, and facilitator, supporting, guiding, and leading people, teams, and organizations to discover and unleash their potential.
My accomplishments include certifying hundreds of professional coaches around the world. Working with Fortune 500 companies to individuals committed to their professional development, I facilitated my clients to build strategies, overcome barriers, and achieve personal and organizational goals.
During this time, I was on a parallel path of shamanism, sacred medicine work, somatic work, channeling, personal and spiritual development.
Harvesting the vast set of tools, mind maps, methodologies, and skills developed from these professional paths, I dedicate my life to supporting those who choose to spread their wings and fly.

Driven by innate curiosity and a longing for radical truth, freedom, and expansion, I've created experiences, learnings, and remembrances that inform and inspire the way I live and lead.
With well over 100 ceremonies, retreats, and workshops in the last two years alone, working with and learning from sacred medicinal plants and my masterful mentors, I offer a unique alchemy of wisdom, practical tools, and my fun, grounding, and thrill-seeking spirit.

Why We Created This Pilgrimage
We’re here for more fun, more meaning, and more depth. We want to laugh harder, love deeper, and live with our whole being. Ever since Omer joined Lilit in this work, he has been lovingly nagging her to co-create a more immersive container. One that builds on itself, layer by layer, experience by experience, taking Curious Souls deeper into themselves, each other, and what else is possible. An experience that stretches our capacity, deepens our intimacy, and most importantly, is fun.
Over the years, this spark of desire has grown into something bigger than us. It has evolved, shape-shifted, and finally landed here: a pilgrimage into the heart of what it means to be fully alive.
We believe we are at a tipping point. Humanity, Earth, and life as we know it are standing at the edge of an incredible possibility where we have more power and knowledge than ever before and a closing window of time to use it wisely. We are not alone in this. Real transformation does not happen in isolation. Healing, thriving, and evolution happen in relationship, with ourselves, with each other, and with the greater intelligence of life itself.
This is not about blindly seeking more knowledge or waiting for the next politician, prophet or hero to save us, because this keeps us in our child state, relying on mommy and daddy. It’s about shifting perspectives, replacing blind acceptance of external authority and our own assumed certainty with curiosity.
It’s about taking ownership. Not in a heavy, burdensome way, but in a way that liberates and empowers.
